Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be offered a refund to the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion. Store credit can be used in store or online. Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and food-handling reasons, the following items are final sale, unless faulty:

- Taonga pūoro designed for use with the mouth (e.g. kōauau, ocarina pūoro)

- Earrings and pierced jewellery

- Food and consumable products

- Any item that has been used, worn, or opened

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We ask that tracked postage is used, to ensure the parcels return to us safely.
